FOR PERMANENT COSMETICS: •Anything cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48hours notice will have a penalty of the entire deposit amount. A new deposit will be required when rebooking. •Anything cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours will require a 50% charge of whatever your service amount would have been. A new deposit will be required when rebooking. ▪️Unless you provide proof of a medical emergency, there will be no exceptions. My system sends out multiple text reminders and gives ample opportunity to reschedule. FOR ALL OTHER SERVICES: Anything cancelled same day will not have a penalty, BUT after two cancels without 24hour notice, you will be required to pay a deposit of 50% of the service when booking again for future appointments.
